Your first session
A manageable start, step by step.
You do not need to plan a full training schedule before you begin. Try one short session, learn how the planner works, and decide what you want to do next.
- 01
Choose a small starting point
After you create an account, open Dashboard → Fitness. For a first try, choose general fitness, 10 minutes, and bodyweight. Those are available options in the Workout Planner, and you can change them whenever you need.
- 02
Read the workout before you begin
Look over the written instructions, exercise cues, and rest periods first. Make sure the movements and any equipment fit what you have available. There is no need to rush through the list.
- 03
Move at a pace you can manage
Take breaks when you want them. If a movement does not feel right, stop and choose a comfortable option. If you have a health concern, ask a qualified professional what activity is appropriate for you.
What to expect
A few choices shape your workout.
The private Fitness area lets you choose what fits the day. It prepares a workout with written instructions and exercise cues, which you can read before you start.
- Goals
- General fitness, mobility, strength, conditioning, or cardio
- Time
- 10, 20, 30, or 45 minutes
- Equipment
- Bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, or a full gym
The Fitness area also includes workout history and a saved-workout library. You can return to those tools as you decide what fits your routine.
After your first workout
Choose the next step when you are ready.
Notice which parts felt clear and which you would change. Then pick another day to return, keep the same short option, or adjust the goal, time, or equipment. This guide is a starting point—not a medical plan, a performance target, or a promise of results.
